RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from date of purchase to lodge a return request. Returns submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and undamaged, with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. House Of Atlas reserves the right to decline a return if items are returned in a used, soiled, worn or damaged condition, or if there is evidence of excessive hair, perfume, or scent on the fabric.
HOW TO LODGE A RETURN
To begin the process, please email us at contact@houseofatlasclothing.com with your order number, full name, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as House Of Atlas cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please indicate your preference when lodging your return request. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Final sale items marked as such at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@houseofatlasclothing.com with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality
